Dr Jo, also known as Joanne Earl, is a PhD registered psychologist specializing in the non-financial aspects of retirement planning and retirement adjustment. Dr. Jo, also known as Joanne Earl, can assist organizations in developing bespoke, evidence-based resources that can be fully evaluated and owned by your organization, particularly in the areas of retirement adjustment and retirement planning.
Many individuals struggle with retirement planning and adjustment to retirement. For some, it comes naturally, while for others not so much. As a psychologist, Dr. Jo understands these complexities and aims to guide you through the non-financial aspects of retirement. The evidence-based holistic model she uses focuses on building health, social, cognitive, emotional and planning resources.
Are you feeling uncertain about your cognition? Changes to cognition at older age are not as common as you might think. While at a younger age, we might brush off a temporary cognitive slip, but as we age, we may wrongly self-diagnose. We might imagine there is a problem when there is really not. Dr. Jo, can help you to investigate and discuss what's needed to put your mind at ease.
We design and deliver targeted evidence-based training for specific audiences and objectives to assist in retirement adjustment and effective retirement planning. These can be one hour workshops or presentations to 3 day workshops.
Please reach us at joanne.earl@retirementdr.com.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.
